A HEALTHIER YOU

Looking fancy or dressing cute is one out of many things your body needs to look healthy, develop, and feel more youthful. So for us to accomplish this, we have to put our body through the right cleanliness and by so doing this, we need to take great care of our self, be aware of what goes into our body and be in the right frame of mind. In this post, I’m going to share with you guys few tips to get on.

1. WATER

Water is a daily beauty treatment that keeps the body hydrated by making it feel and look better. I know you have heard it a thousand time and wherever you heard it from is 110% true. Aside what it does for the body, it also aids good hair development. Personally I drink about 6 bottles of water every day; my day starts with two bottles of water, I try to take three bottles during the day and one right before going to bed. If you find water too bland to drink, you can infuse lemons, strawberries or any fruit of your choice.

NOTE:  WATER IS A DAILY BEAUTY TREATMENT.

2. EXERCISE

Any of you have a new year resolution? If not, try and make exercising a regular thing for you. You don’t have to go extreme with it but strolling, moving, running, swimming, yoga and so on are ways to ease stress, reduce aging and keep your mind at alert. Doing any of these 2-4 times a week isn’t a bad start up. some people don’t count yoga as a work out but its gives great adjust to the body, for example, great stance, adaptability, inward peace and so on…

NOTE: EXERCISING IS A GOOD FORM OF LIFE’S BALANCING ACT.

3. GOOD FOOD.

Part of healthy living start with good food. Great nourishment implies eating right. We all know we have to look good and feel good in our body but doing so does not mean starving or going on a cruel diet (I’m guilty of this). Eating great means stocking your pantry with healthier choices, for examples, good snack (wheat thins instead of chocolate caramel cookies), organic products, more vegetables, less of soda pop. Completely eliminate greasy food.

NOTE: EATING RIGHT DOESNT MEAN NO GOOD FOOD.

4.  GOOD RELATIONSHIP

Maintaining a good relationship is a part of healthy living. Keeping positive vibe all around you, building a healthy relationship with your loved one, family, partner, spouse and yourself is essential in enhancing life’s prosperity and happiness. Be sure to surround your self with people that makes you laugh, motivates and urge you to be the best.

5. GOOD SLEEP.

Those Dolce and Gabbana under your eyes are as a result of not enough beauty sleep.  Sleep helps you relax your brain, and re-energizes your body for a day of fabulous extra ordinary event. Be sure to get 6-8 hours of goof sleep a day.

These are my top 5 to healthy living. These doesn’t really mean that they are the only ways to living healthy but I wanted to share with you guys what I do regularly.
